Abstract:

LÉVÁRDIOVÁ, Veronika. Kazuistika u onkologického pacienta po operaci páteře s neurologickou symptomatikou. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Martin Krause, PhD. Praha. 2022. 67 s. Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces u onkologického pacienta po operaci páteře s neurologickou symptomatikou. Práce je psána formou ošetřovatelské kazuistiky (případové studie) a je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku nádorového onemocnění páteře a rozděluje nádory páteře na primární a sekundární. Opomenuty nejsou ani obecné a specifické symptomy nádorů, diagnostika nebo možnosti léčebného postupu nádorů. Významná část teoretického celku pak zahrnuje specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta po operaci páteře a nechybí ani zmínka o vlivu onemocnění psychiky na onkologicky nemocného pacienta. Významnější částí bakalářské práce je pak část praktická, která se již zabývá samotným ošetřovatelským procesem aplikovaným na onkologického pacienta po operaci páteře s následně vzniklou neurologickou symptomatikou. Posouzení stavu nemocného bylo realizováno dle NANDA domén a z těchto informací byly poté stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Tyto diagnózy pak byly popsány dle NANDY II. taxonomie, 11. vydání 2018–2020. Výstupem bakalářské práce je doporučení pro ošetřovatelskou praxi.

Supervisor: Mgr. Martin Krause, PhD. Prague, 2022. 67 p. The main topic of this bachelor`s thesis is a case interpretation about oncology patient after spine surgery with neurological symtoms. The thesis is written in the case study form and it`s divided into two parts. The teoretical part focuses on the definition of oncology spine disease and there is a primary and secondary tumors of the spine. There are described a general and specific symtoms of spinal tumors, clinical course and treatment of spinal tumors. The significant part of the teoretical part included the specifics of nursing care about patient after spine surgery and there is desribed also effect of spine tumor to oncology patient. The more important part of bachelor`s thesis is the practical part and there is a nursing process about oncology patient after spine surgery with neurological symtpoms. The assesment of the pacient`s condition was evaluated accord by Marjory Gordon`s model and from this information was created actual and potentional nursing diagnoses. These nursing diagnoses were described according of NANDA I. taxonomy 11th edition from 2018 to 2020. The product of the bachelor thesis is recommendation for nursing practice.
