Abstract:
Metodou spektroskopické elipsometrie byla studovány soustavy: Si Au vrstva, Si s vrstvou Au a kryolitu. V Kretschmanově uspořádání byly zkoumány soustavy hranol Au vrstva a hranol s vrstvou Au a kryolitu. Pomocí programů byly z naměřených dat počítány optické konstanty zlata a tloušťka zlata a optické konstanty a tloušťka kryolitu na zlatě. Abstract:
By spectroscopic elipsometry we studied systems: Si – Au, Si with layer of Au and cryolite. In Kretschmann’s configuration we studied prism with gold and prism with gold and cryolite. Optic coefficients and thicknesses of the gold and cryolite layers were calculated from measured data using special programs.
