Abstract:

V ČR máme 982 571 soukromě podnikajících subjektů s ekonomickou aktivitou (ČSÚ, 2020). Z toho je pouze 305 sociálních podniků, které splňují podmínky zaměstnanosti zdravotně postižených a znevýhodněných osob (MPSV, 2020), což naznačuje možný potenciál pro podporu zaměstnanosti znevýhodněných osob. Tato práce řeší zvážení vstupu sociálního podniku cukrárna na trh v Děčíně. Cílem práce je identifikace tržních mezer cukráren v Děčíně, a to především z hlediska, zda sociální a morální stránky sociálního podnikání mohou být zákazníky vnímány jako přednost, tedy zda mohou být jednou z tržních mezer. K tomuto zjištění bude použita statistická metoda Anova, na základě odpovědí respondentů z dotazníkového šetření. Součástí bakalářské práce bude zjistit, jaké jsou důvody využití služeb sociálních podniků (morální hodnoty, soucítění s postiženými, podpora sociálního podnikání), jaké jsou preference zákazníků cukráren v Děčíně (např. typ výrobku, spokojenost s obsluhou, zdroj informací, umístění podniku), jaké jsou důvody návštěv cukráren a faktory ovlivňující ne/spokojenost. K získání primárních dat o preferovaných požadavcích zákazníků bude sestaven anonymní dotazník pro zákazníky cukráren v Děčíně. Osobním strukturovaným rozhovorem autorky se zákazníky vybraných cukráren, který bude veden přímo po návštěvě provozovny, budou sbírána primární data o tržním (stávajícím) stavu sledovaných preferencí a chování zákazníka. Kvadrantovou analýzou budou porovnány spokojenost a důležitost sledovaných faktorů. Výsledky pomohou k identifikování tržních mezer při přípravě podnikatelského záměru otevření sociálního podniku cukrárna v Děčíně a morálního přístupu zákazníků k otázce provozování sociálních podniků. Výstupy práce mohou být užitečné i pro fungující cukrárny k jejich rozvoji, případně jiné sociální podniky, a zároveň budou sloužit jako zásadní podklad pro rozhodnutí autorky, zda vstupovat s novou cukrárnou s konceptem sociálního podniku na trh v Děčíně.

Abstract:

There are 982,571 private enterprises with economic activity in the Czech Republic (ČSÚ, 2020). Of these, there are only 305 social enterprises that meet the conditions for employment of disabled and disadvantaged people (MPSV, 2020), which suggests a possible potential for promoting employment for disadvantaged people. This thesis addresses the consideration of the entry of a social enterprise confectionery into the market in Děčín. The aim of this thesis is to identify the market gaps of confectioneries in Děčín, primarily in terms of whether the social and moral aspects of social entrepreneurship can be perceived as a virtue by customers, i.e. whether they can be one of the market gaps. The statistical method Anova will be used for this research, based on the answers of the respondents from the questionnaire survey. A part of this bachelor thesis will be to find out the reasons for using the services of social enterprises (moral values, compassion for the disabled, support of social entrepreneurship), the preferences of customers of confectioneries in Děčín (e.g. type of product, service satisfaction, source of information, location of the enterprise), the reasons for visiting confectioneries and the factors influencing satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction. An anonymous questionnaire will be designed for customers of confectioneries in Děčín to obtain primary data on their preferences. A personal structured interview by the author with the customers of the selected confectioneries, which will be conducted directly after the visit of the establishment, will be used to collect primary data on the market (current) status of the observed preferences and customer behaviour. A gap analysis will be used to compare the satisfaction and importance of the observed factors. The results will help to identify market gaps in the preparation of a business plan to open a social enterprise confectionery in Děčín and the moral attitude of customers to the issue of running social enterprises. The findings of this thesis may also be useful for the development of operating confectioneries or other social enterprises and will also serve as a fundamental basis for the author's decision whether to enter the market in Děčín with a new confectionery with a social enterprise concept.
