Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Osobnost učitele a s ní spojené předpoklady stát se obětí napadení ze strany studentů“ představuje problematiku napadení učitelů ze strany studentů a žáků. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zmapovat problematiku násilí na učitelích pohledem studentů. První část bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, problematiku osobnosti učitele a šikany učitelů obecně (definice, podoby šikany, aktéři šikany, příčiny a důsledky šikany). Druhá část práce je orientována na výzkum, v němž byli účastníci diskuze dotazováni na jejich vlastní názory a zkušenosti související s osobností učitele a s tím související pravděpodobností, že se vyučující stane obětí útoků svých studentů. Data k výzkumné části byla sbírána pomocí metody ohniskových skupin. Skupina studentů diskutovala o předem připravených tématech týkajících se osobnosti učitele, postavení učitele ve společnosti, formách, příčinách a následcích násilí na učitelích. Jednotlivé diskuze trvaly 90 minut, byly doslovně přepsány dle nahrávek a poznámek a poté tříděny otevřeným kódováním. Témata byla řazena do jednotlivých kategorií dle předem stanovených klíčových slov tzv. kódů. V závěrečné kapitole jsou zjištěná data interpretována.

Abstract:

Thesis "Teacher´s personality and associated assumptions become victims of assault by students" is the issue of assault teachers by students and pupils. The goal of this work is to explore the issue of violence against teachers view students. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical solutions, issues of teacher's personality and bullying of teachers in general (definitions, forms of bullying, bullying participants, causes and consequences of bullying). The second part is focused on the research, in which participants were asked to debate their own views and experiences related to the personality of the teacher and the associated probability that the teacher will become the victims of their students. Data for the research was collected through focus group method. A group of students discussed the prepared topics related to the teacher's personality, the position of teacher in the society, forms, causes and consequences of violence against teachers. Each discussion lasted 90 minutes, were transcribed verbatim according recordings and notes, and then classified by open coding. Subjects were classified into different categories according to predefined keywords called codes. In the final chapter the identified data is interpreted.
