Tématem této diplomové práce je popsat a komentovat vývoj reputace Williama Shakespeara od doby kdy ještě žil a tvořil až do konce 18. století. Tato studie je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí: reputace do roku 1623, do doby obrození, v době obrození a reputace v 18. století, kdy už můžeme hovořit o Shakespearovi jako o ikoně všech dob.Abstract:
The present study aims to describe and comment on the historical course of Shakespeare's reputation from his lifetime to the close of the eighteenth century.
