Abstract:
Diplomovou práci jsem zaměřila na téma Oceňování nemovitostí v majetku města. V úvodních kapitolách práce objasňuji historii obecního majetku a také problematiku týkající se nabývání obecního majetku, což obnáší výčet druhů nabývání a jejich podrobný popis. The thesis is focused on the process of evaluating the municipal property. The introductory chapters explain the history of town-owned property and issues relating to acquiring of municipal property, which encompasses a list of acquisition types and their detailed description.
