Conversion of Large CZI Pictures to VIPS format
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis was to familiarize ourselves with CZI and VIPS file formats, which are used for saving images from digital microscopes. The microscopes produce CZI images in multiple focus layers and other extended structures. Cieľom práce bolo zoznámiť sa s formátmi CZI a VIPS pre ukladanie obrazov z digitálneho mikroskopu. Mikroskop produkuje CZI obrazy vo viacerých rovinách a ďalších rozšírených štruktúrach. V rámci práce vznikol program na prevod veľkého obrazu o niekoľkých zaostrovacích rovinách do príslušného počtu obrazov vo VIPS formáte.
