Abstract:
T-lymfocyty jsou nepostradatelnou částí našeho imunitního systému, zároveň se ale jedná i o typ imunitních buněk, které jsou zodpovědné za vznik reakce štěpu proti hostiteli (GvHD) po transplantaci krvetvorných buněk. Pokud by bylo předem známo, k jaké míře aktivování T-lymfocytů po transplantaci dojde, bylo by možné efektivněji předcházet či alespoň mírnit projevy této komplikace. Tato bakalářská …more

T-lymphocytes are an indispensable part of our immune system. At the same time, however, they are also the immune cell type responsible for the development of graft versus host disease, a complication that can occur after transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells.
