Diplomová práce se zabývá právními aspekty crowdfundingu, jakožto fenoménu rozvíjejícího se jak v České republice, tak v zahraničí. Práce srovnává existující ekonomické modely crowdfundingu s českou právní úpravou a zkoumá další možný rozvoj těchto modelů.
