Proposal for a building and preparation of project documentation Low-energy apartment building - proposal solutions with regard to heat consumption

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh nízkoenergetického bytového domu ve variantě jednovrstvého zdicího systému a sendvičového zdicího systému. Cílem první části práce je navrhnout hmotové a dispoziční řešení objektu a zpracovat zjednodušenou projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení. Druhá část práce se zabývá určením součinitele prostupu tepla U obou materiálových variant všech stavebních konstrukcí, kde dochází k tepelné ztrátě, dále výpočtem návrhových tepelných ztrát prostupem tepla a výměnou vzduchu, určením vnitřní povrchové, střední radiační a operativní teploty. Následuje volba jednoho z obou stavebních materiálů a určení stupně tepelné náročnosti budovy. Na závěr je určena roční potřeba tepla na vytápění budovy a navržen vhodný vytápěcí systém.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on design a low-energy apartment building in variants single-layer walling system and sandwich walling system. The objective of the first part of thesis is to design solution of the mass and dispositional solution of the building and to process simplified project documentation for building permit. The second part of thesis deals with the determination of heat transfer coefficient U for both material variants of all building constructions where the heat lost is. Further is calculation of the nominal heat losses the heat transfer and the exchange of air and is determined the internal surface temperature, mean radiant temperature and operative temperature. The following is the choice of one of both building materials and the determining level of thermal performance of buildings. Finally, it is determined annual heat requirement for heating building and is designed a suitable heating system.
