Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení účetní závěrky v plném rozsahu a na jejím základě pak vymezit problematická místa z pohledu auditora a navrhnout opatření, která by zamezila konfliktním situacím s auditorem. The aim of the thesis is to prepare the financial statements in their entirety and on the basis of this work to identify problematic areas from the auditor's point of view and to propose measures that would prevent conflicts with the auditor.
