Cieľom predkladanej práce bolo zistiť vzťah vybraných osobnostných charakteristík (neuroticizmus, extraverzia, otvorenosť skúsenosti, prívetivosť, svedomitosť) vnímaním vlastnej účinnosti k dvom smerom konfliktu práce a rodiny (zasahovanie rodiny do práce a zasahovanie práce do rodiny).
