Trade business and practice in waste management with regard to the environment

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce by měla především podat stručný návod začínajícím podnikatelům jak založit svou živost. Jakou živnost zvolit, které náležitosti je nutné doložit. Na které úřady se obrátit při zakládání živnosti a kterými zákony se řídit. Registrace na finančním úřadě. Jak správně dodržet platbu daní, sociálního a zdravotního pojistného, aby se podnikatel vyhnul případným sankcím a pokutám. V závěru první části jsem použila několika příkladů, kde se podnikání střetává s přírodou a ve velkém množství ji poškozuje, vyvarujme se toho a chovejme se tak, aby zůstalo zachováno pro další generace v co nejlepší formě. V aplikační části jsem se zaměřila na vytvoření provozního řádu recyklačního střediska, je aplikován na určitou firmu, aby zde byl dodržen správný postup veškeré dokumentace. Tento provozní řád je možné použít jako návod na vypracování vlastního provozního řádu, kdy se pouze upraví náležitosti firmy, důležitá telefonní čísla, umístění recyklačního střediska a jeho vybavení. A i zde jsou důležitá upozornění na zákony, které je nutné při zpracování odpadu dodržovat.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis should first give a brief instruction for starting entrepreneurs to establish their liveliness. What business to choose and the formalities to be proven. Which authorities to contact in establishing trade and which laws to follow. Registration at the revenue authority. How properly observe the payment of taxes, social and health insurance to the entrepreneur avoid possible penalties and fines. At the end of the first part are some tips on how to treat the environment should be preserved for future generations in the best possible form. In the second part I focused on the creation of the Recycling centre operating regulation, which is applied to a particular company, so there has been followed correct procedure all documentation. The Operating regulation can be used as a guide to develop own Operating regulation, which only modifies the requirements of the company, important phone numbers, location of a recycling center and its amenities. And again there are important notices on the laws that need to comply with waste treatment
