Anotácia:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na personální činnosti ve společnosti ELFRA Plus s. r. o. Cílem práce je poskytnout vhled do tématiky prostřednictvím teoretických východisek, analyzovat současný stav personální práce v konkrétním podniku a navrhnout soubor zlepšení v oblastech, kde byla tato potřeba identifikována. Teoretická část obsahuje načerpané teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury. Zde se zabývám jednotlivými personálními činnostmi. Praktická část se zaměřuje na organizační strukturu společnosti, personální plánování spolu s návrhy na zlepšení.

Abstract:

My thesis is focused on personnel activities in the company ELFRA Plus s. r. o. The aim of the project is to provide the insight to the theme by means of the theoretical sources, to analyse the temporary state of the personnel work in the company and also to suggest a set of improvement in the sphere where the need is identified. The theoretical part contains information drawn from the literature specialized on the matter. There I deal with the particular personnel activities of the company. The practical part of the thesis is intent on the organisational structure of the company, personnel planning and suggestions how to improve all the mentioned activities.
