Závislost hypermobility na výskytu lehkých mozečkových dysfunkcí v moderní gymnastice

Dependance of hypermobility on the occurence of light cerebellar dysfunctions in rhythmic gymnastics

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo získat informace o výskytu hypermobility a příznaků lehké mozečkové dysfunkce u závodnic moderní gymnastiky a prokázat jejich spojitost. Práce byla rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje rešerše dostupné literatury, přibližuje problematiku výskytu hypermobility a naznačuje závislost lehkých mozečkových dysfunkcí na výskytu hypermobility. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 78 dívek z oddílů moderní gymnastiky České republiky průměrného věku 12,81 ± 2,47. Do studie byly záměrným výběrem zařazeny závodnice při splnění zvolených kritérií: ženy, věk 10–18 let, alespoň 3 roky specializovaného tréninku moderní gymnastiky, týdenní zatížení minimálně 10 hod. K diagnostice hypermobility byla použita metoda měření kloubního rozsahu pomocí goniometru. Byl měřen rozsah pohybu v kyčelním kloubu, Jandovy zkoušky a specifické alternativní testy na hypermobilitu. K diagnostice lehké mozečkové dysfunkce byly použity mozečkové zkoušky, a to zkouška taxe, zaměřená na správné cílení pohybů, zkouška diadochokinézy, odhalující schopnost provádět alternující (střídavé) pohyby, a zkouška stability stoje pomocí Rombergova postoje při otevřených očích na balanční plošině. Výsledky goniometrického měření prokázaly výraznou flexibilitu probandů, především flexe v oblasti kyčelních kloubů (u pravého kyčelního kloubu 161,09° ± 14,78 a u levé dolní končetiny 158,54° ± 14,05). Při zjišťování mozečkových příznaků během zkoušky taxe na horních i dolních končetinách nebyla zjištěna patologie, naopak dysdiadochokinéza se objevila u 7 probandů. Výsledky Rombergova postoje na balanční plošině byly mírně nad normu (srovnáváno s běžnou populací), nicméně u 7 osob s prokázanou dysdiadochokinézou se naměřené výsledky dostaly pod hodnoty běžné populace. U vyšetřovaných osob, u kterých byla zaznamenána jak dysdiadochokinéza, tak i horší výsledky v Rombergově postoji na balanční plošině, se objevily ve všech případech známky hypermobility ověřené goniometricky, Jandovými zkouškami i alternativními testy na hypermobilitu. Z výsledků vyplývá, že u závodnic v moderní gymnastice existuje výskyt mozečkových příznaků, který může výrazně ovlivňovat sportovní přípravu. Na základě těchto zjištění byla vytvořena pomocná baterie cviků zaměřená na mozečkové funkce, která by mohla být převedena do praxe.

Abstract:

The aim of the work was to gather information on the incidence of hypermobility and the symptoms of light cerebellar dysfunction in the competitors in Rhythmic Gymnastics as well as to prove their relationship. The work was dividend into the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part includes the searches of the available literature regarding hypermobility and suggests the dependence of light cerebellar dysfunction on hypermobility. The research sample consisted of 78 girls from clubs of Rhythmic Gymnastics in the Czech Republic their age being 12,81 ± 2,47. We used the deliberate choice and included the competitors who fulfilled the selected criteria: female, age between 10 and 18 years of age, at least 3 years of specialised training of rhythmic gymnastics, week load at leas 10 hours. The diagnostics of hypermobility used the method of measuring joint range with the aid of goniometer. The range of movement in the hip joint was used as well as Janda´s tests and specific alternative tests to ascertain hypermobility. The diagnostics of light cerebellar dysfunction used orientation brain test. It is the test of tax, which is aimed upon proper aiming of movement test of diadochokinesis, which is aimed at the ability to perform alternate movements, and the test of stability using Romberg pose on a balance platform with open eyes. The results of the measurements showed high flexibility of the gymnasts, mainly in the area of their hip joint (right hip joint 161,09°; ± 14,78 and left hip joint 158,54° ± 14,05). When diagnosing mild brain dysfunction using tax, in both the upper and Loir extremities, no pathology was ascertained, on the contrary, however, dysdiadochokinesis was found in 7 gymnasts. The results of the Romberg pose on the balance platform were mildly above the norm (compared with general population), nonetheless, the 7 people with dysdiadochokinesis showed results under the value of the general population. The people with dysdiadochokinesis also shower worse results in the Romberg pose on the balance platform as well as the symptom hypermobility, which were proved by goniometric examination, Janda´s tests, and alternative test for ascertaining hypermobility. The results show that there is existence of cerebellar syptoms in rhythmic gymnasts that can significantly influence their sport preparation. On the basis of the above stated findings an instrumental battery of exercises for brain fiction was created to be transferred to practice.
