Anotácia:

V této práci prozkoumáváme různé aspekty Monge-Ampèrových rovnic a s nimi souvisejících geometrií s důrazem na některé z jejich aplikací v teoretické fyzice. Používáme geometrický přístup V. Lychagina a nástroje z kontaktní a symplektické geometrie ke studiu variačních problémů týkajících se Plebanského první a druhé "nebeské" rovnice, Grantovy, Husainovy a Klein-Gordonovy rovnice. Zkoumáme vlastnosti Lychaginovy-Rubtsovovy metriky a popisujeme vztah mezi metrikami s nulovou Ricciho křivostí a body projektivního prostoru danými Plückerovým vložením. Dále konstruujeme zobecněné geometrie odvozené z nedegenerovaných Monge-Ampèrových struktur a popisujeme jejich výskyt v určitých 2D modelech proudění nestlačitelných kapalin. Ukazujeme, že mnoho těchto zobecněných struktur je integrovatelných a vedou ke složeným zobecněným strukturám, jako jsou hyperkomplexní a hyper-para-komplexní struktury. Popisujeme geometrie kompatibilní se zobecněnými metrikami, které jsou spojené s některými modely proudění kapalin. Diskutujeme algebry generované zobecněnými strukturami, mezi než patří Lieova, Jordanova, Poissonova a Lie-Jordanova algebra.

Abstract:

We explore various aspects of Monge-Ampère equations and their associated geometries, with a focus on some of their applications in theoretical physics. We use V. Lychagin's geometric approach and employ tools from contact and symplectic geometry to study the variational problems related to the first and second Plebanski "heavenly" equations, Grant and Husain equations, and the Klein-Gordon equation. We also investigate the properties of the Lychagin-Rubtsov split-signature metric and describe a relationship between Ricci flat metrics and points of the projective subvariety given by the Plücker embedding. Furthermore, we construct generalized almost geometries derived from non-degenerate Monge-Ampère structures and describe their appearance in certain 2D incompressible fluid flow models. We show that many of these generalized structures are integrable and lead to composite generalized structures such as hyper-complex and hyper-para-complex. We describe the generalized metric compatible structures associated with the models of incompressible fluid flows and discuss different algebras generated by these structures. Examples include Lie, Jordan, Poisson, and Lie-Jordan algebras.
