Receivables and their place in the financial management business

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the receivables and their place in the financial management of the company. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the characterization of receivables, their classification and specification of transactions that can be carried out in receivables. The second chapter is focused on the specification of the advantages and disadvantages of receivables,model of controling receivables,defining the procedure for recovery and the possibility of using receivables in the financial analysis. The third chapter applies the theoretical knowledge to a model example.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá pohľadávkami a ich miestom vo finančnom riadení podniku. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je venovaná charakteristike pohľadávok, ich klasifikácii a špecifikácii transakcií, ktoré je možné s pohľadávkami vykonávať. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na špecifikáciu výhod a nevýhod pohľadávok, na model riadenia pohľadávok, definovanie postupu pri vymáhaní pohľadávok a na možnosti využitia pohľadávok vo finančnej analýze. Tretia kapitola aplikuje teoretické poznatky na modelovom príklade.
