The foreign trade impacts on economy of Bolivia

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis studies the impact of foreign trade in Bolivia's economy historically and in the last years. The research consists of three main parts, the first one which is denominated as literature review, the second one is the practical part and the last part is the conclusion. In the literature review, it is described what foreign trade is, the importance of foreign trade, different trade theories and the advantages and disadvantages it presents. The practical part includes an overview of the economy in Bolivia, both historical and actual situation of foreign trade in the country, behavior of the Bolivian consumer and also interviews with exporters and importers. The last part of the document is the conclusion, where all the work is summarized after the theoretical and practical research has been done.
