Abstract:
Auxin je klíčový element v rostlinném vývoji a defekty v jeho transporte či detekci mají zásadní dopad na formování rostlinných orgánů. Nejvýznamnějším fytohormonem s opačným účinkem je cytokinin. Jejich vzájemná interakce moduluje růstové procesy a změny v genové expresi vedou k narušení rovnovážného stavu a iniciaci či inhibici růstu v embryonálních i postembryonálních stádiích.
