Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním nekalých obchodních praktik vůči spotřebiteli. Nejprve jsou nekalé obchodní praktiky popsány v právní úpravě EU a ČR, a to v rozdělení na klamavé a agresivní. Rovněž je zařazen i popis klamavé reklamy. Vedle nekalých obchodních praktik jsou popsány i neseriózní obchodní praktiky, které se pohybují na hraně této právní úpravy. The bachelor thesis deals with charting of unfair commercial practices on consumer. Initially there are described unfair commercial practices in legal regulations of EU and Czech Republic and distinguished into misleading and agressive practices.
