Hidden threat called carbon monoxide, complex solutions of carbon monoxide poisoning in pre-hospital and emergency care.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zmiňuje pořád aktuální téma intoxikace oxidem uhelnatým. V první, teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy spojené s intoxikací oxidem uhelnatým. Veškeré informace byly sesbírány s využitím dostupné literatury, odborných článků i internetových zdrojů o této problematice. Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce je kazuistika, která se zaměřuje na řešení náhle vzniklé situace intoxikace oxidem uhelnatým jako komplexní pohled na práci jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému, urgentního příjmu a nemocničního zařízení. Uvedená kazuistika poukazuje na důležitost znalosti doporučených postupů u odborníků i informovanosti laické veřejnosti. V další části jsou vyjádřeny postřehy a opatření, které by měly vést k řešení nedostatků. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo upozornit čtenáře na stále reálné nebezpečí zrádného a nenápadného přízraku oxidu uhelnatého.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis still discusses actual topic and it is intoxication by carbon monoxide. There are explained the key words of intoxication by carbon monoxide in the first teoretic part of this bachelor thesis. All information were collected from available literature, academic articles and internet web pages. The casuistry is component of practical part of this bachelor thesis. This casuistry describes the solution of suddenly a situation of intoxication by carbon monoxide. It is a complex of work of the integrated rescue system, emergency room and hospital. This casuistry says it is important to know recommended procedure in professional public and also in general public. There are mentioned the measures and insights in the second part of the bachelor thesis. These measures should lead to a solution to the lack. The main mission of this bachelor thesis should show dangerous problem of inconspicuous killer.
