Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá oceňováním pozemků, jejich chápáním jako nemovitosti v platných zákonech a historií oceňování. Popisuje, analyzuje a komparuje současné metody a postupy stanovení ceny pozemků. Práce je lokačně zaměřena na trh České republiky. Součástí práce je i analýza realitního trhu okresu Ostrava.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the valuation of land, its understanding of the properties in valid laws and the history of valuation. It describes, analyzes and compares current methods and procedures for determing land prices. The thesis is focused on the market in the Czech Republic. The work also includes analysis of real estate market in Ostrava.
