Determination of lipids at human hepatic tisue
Abstract:
Cílem práce je stanovení nasycených a nenasycených FA v jednotlivých třídách lipidů pomocí plynové chromatografie. Tyto třídy získáme rozdělením homogenizovaných vzorků jaterní tkáně pomocí tenkovrstvé chromatografie. Dále se zaměřuje na denzitometrickou kvantifikaci jednotlivých tříd lipidů, které byly rozděleny tenkovrstvou chromatografií.Abstract:
The aim of this work is the determination of saturated and unsaturated FA in different lipid fractions by gas chromatography. These classes obtained by dividing the samples homogenized liver tissue using thin-layer chromatography. Work then focuses on the densitometric quantification of each lipid fractions, which were divided thin layer chromatography.
