Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Výchova dítěte se zdravotním postižením v rodině. V teoretické části se zabývám otázkou, jak ovlivňuje péče o zdravotně postižené dítě v rodině její vlastní fungování. V první kapitole zde popisuji vývoj dítěte od perinatálního období do osmi let a odlišnosti vývoje postiženého jedince s akcentem na postižení vzniklá úrazy hlavy. Ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na obecnou funkci rodiny, postoje rodiny k dítěti s postižením, vztahy v rodině a specifika výchovy dítěte s postižením. Kapitola třetí věnuje pozornost možnostem státní speciálně-pedagogické intervenci rodinám ucelenou rehabilitací počínaje, poradenskými a sociálními službami konče. V praktické části, zpracované jako případová studie, zkoumám vliv výchovy dítěte s postižením na pečující osobu, jeho sourozence a širší rodinu, a to jak po psychické, tak i po praktické stránce. Dále sleduji, jak se liší systém státní podpory rodinám s dětmi se zdravotním postižením před a po roce 1989, a porovnávám psychomotorický vývoj zdravého dítěte s vývojem dítěte se zdravotním postižením.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is Education of disabled children in the family. Theoretical part deals with the question how is the function of the family influenced with the care of disabled child. The first chapter describes the progress of the child from perinatal period to eight years and differences of the individual with injured head. Second chapter focuses on general function of the family, attitudes of the family toward the disabled child, relationships in the family and specifics of the education of a disabled child. The third chapter pays attention to government pedagogical interventions to the families, which can start with complete rehabilitation and ends with social services. In practical part, which is a case study, I examine the psychological and practical influence of education of disabled child to person who looks after it, to its brothers and sisters and to the wider family. I also monitor what is the difference in government support to families with disabled children before and after 1989. I compare psychomotricity development of a healthy child with the development of a disabled child.
