Diplomová práce "Lean management ve vybraném podniku", je zaměřena na základní metody, které pomohou z běžně fungujícího podniku vytvořit podnik, pro který je specifická schopnost "štíhlé myšlení". Thesis "Lean management in chosen company", is focused on basic methods that help from a commonly functioned company create the company for which the ability "lean thinking" is specific.
