Cílem diplomové práce je představení a kritická analýza zákazu klecových chovů. V úvodu práce autorka blíže vymezila cíl, kterého má být dosaženo, způsob zpracování a struktura práce. Vymezeny jsou významné pojmy a instituty nezbytné pro zpracování tématu a prameny právní úpravy.
