Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na distribuci a akumulaci olova v mozku myší po 11týdenní inhalaci nanočástic oxidu a dusičnanu olovnatého s využitím laserové ablace spojené s hmotnostní spektrometrií indukčně vázaného plazmatu. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with lead distribution and accumulation in the brain of mice inhaling nanoparticles of lead oxide and lead nitrate for 11 weeks using the laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
