Abstract:
Tato práce hodnotí praktické projektové řízení při transferu účetního oddělení a porovnává ho s teoretickými technikami řízení projektů. Zároveň porovnává různé typy outsourcingu s cílem ukázat, proč outsourcing je často společnostmi používán.
Abstract:
The thesis evaluates the practical project management of the transfer of an accounting department and compares it with theoretical Project Management techniques. In addition different types of outsourcing are compared in order to show why outsourcing is often used by companies.
