Influence of focus of attention on quality of forehand drive in tennis

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit vliv zaměření pozornosti na kvalitu forhendového úderu v tenise u dětí ve věku 6 let. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány základní informace o tenise, pravidla, držení rakety a základní tenisové údery. Dále je popsána pozornost, její typy a vlastnosti a následně dělení zaměření pozornosti na vnější a vnitřní. V praktické části je popsán výzkum na vliv zaměření pozornosti u dětí 6 let, kterého se zúčastnilo 12 účastníků (4 chlapci a 8 dívek), kteří měli předešlou zkušenost s tenisem. Výsledky práce naznačují, že interní zaměření pozornosti je efektivnější při nácviku a zdokonalování forhendového úderu v tenise u dětí ve věku 6 let.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find out the influence of focusing attention on the quality of forehand stroke in tennis in children aged 6 years. Furthermore, attention, types and properties are described, and subsequently the division of the focus of attention to the external and internal. The practical part describes research on the effect of attention-seeking in children 6 years, which was attended by 12 participants (4 boys and 8 girls) who had a previous experience in tennis. The results of the thesis suggest that the internal focus of attention is more effective in training and improving the forehand stroke in tennis in children aged 6 years.
