The social services for people with serious health disabilities in Zlin

Abstract:

V první kapitole se zabývám problematikou jedinců se zdravotním postižením. Přesně definuji jednotlivé typy postižení, podle oblastí, které jsou u jedince narušeny. Jsou rozděleny na tělesné postižení, narušené komunikační schopnosti, smyslové postižení, poruchy autistického spektra a mentální retardaci. Zabývám se také kombinovanými vadami. Ve druhé kapitole zpracovávám problematiku ucelené rehabilitace, do které patří její čtyři základní složky, a to léčebná rehabilitace, pedagogická rehabilitace, sociální a pracovní rehabilitace. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na sociální podporu osob se zdravotním postižením. Nejprve zde popisuji systém sociálních služeb a další formy pomoci poskytované v České republice, dle zákona o sociálních službách a ostatních souvisejících zákonů a vyhlášek. Následně se snažím shrnout všechna zařízení nabízející sociální služby těmto osobám ve Zlínském kraji. Konkrétně uvádím, jak charakterizuje zákon domov pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na sběr informací pomocí ankety. Dále následuje zpracování získaných údajů a vytvoření tabulek a grafů, které uvádím v příloze. Součástí výzkumného projektu je popis terapií, konkrétněji pak jedné, a vypracování případové studie vybrané klientky, ke které přikládám také fotografickou dokumentaci jejích výrobků.

Abstract:

The first chapter is an overview of the problems people with general disabilities face. I have specifically looked at impairments which include: physical disability, communication difficulties, sensory disorder, autism spectre disorder and learning disabilities. I have also considered multiple disabilities. The second chapter considers problems of comprehensive therapy, which has four basic components: medical therapy, pedagogical therapy, social and occupational therapy. The third chapter focuses on social support people with disabilities have. I have written about social service systems and any other help provide by the Czech Republic law and the social support to people with disabilities in Zlin area. I specifically describe the housing regulation around the needs of people with disabilities. The fourth chapter consists of information collected by questionnaires and the use of data in graphs and tables as seen in the appendix. In the research there is also a case study of a client. I have also included photographs of his work.
