Diplomová práce shrnuje postup při uzavírání Smlouvy o firemním účtu. Dále doporučuje, jaké informaci si klieent zjistí před uzavřením obchodního vztahu. Seznámí nás s produkty banky. Setkáme se zde s možnými nástrahami. Jaké kroky musíme podniknout při ukončení obchodního vztahu.

The diploma thesis summarizes the procedure for the conclusion of a company account contract. It is also recommended what information the customer finds out before entering into a business relationship. They will introduce us to the bank's products. We will encounter potential pitfalls here. What steps do we have to take to end a business relationship,
