The relationship between managers of the social work organizations and their subordinates

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem mezi manažery organizací sociální práce a jejich podřízenými. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou vztahy mezi vedoucími pracovníky a řadovými zaměstnanci kooperativní. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné sociální interakce, specifika sociálních vztahů na pracovišti a faktory, které na tyto vztahy působí. Dále jsou v kapitole 3 popsány konfliktní a kooperativní vztahy, přičemž jsou hlouběji analyzovány aspekty určující míru kooperace ve vztazích mezi zaměstnanci - týmová spolupráce, efektivní komunikace, důvěra, možnosti spolurozhodování podřízených pracovníků a také shoda cílů manažerů a podřízených. Tyto aspekty jsou nedílnou součástí práce, neboť jsou stěžejní pro výzkumnou část. Poslední kapitola teoretických východisek specifikuje organizace sociální práce a jejich zaměstnance. Empirická část práce obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum - zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření, na němž se podílelo 13 organizací sociální práce. Respondenti tohoto dotazníkového šetření jsou zaměstnanci sociálních služeb vykonávající odbornou činnost dle zákona 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with relation between managers of social work organizations and their subordinates. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the degree of cooperation in the relationship between superiors and subordinates workers. The theoretical part describes the social interaction in general, the specifics of social relationships in the workplace and the factors that affect these relationships. Furthermore, chapter 3 analyzes conflicting and cooperative relationships, while the aspects which deterine the degree of cooperation in relations between employees - teamwork, effective communication, trust, co-decision possibilities of subordinates and the matching of their goals - are further analyzed. These aspects are an integral part of the work, because they are important for the research part. The last chapter of the theoretical part specifies the organization of social work and their employees. The empirical part contains quantitative research - it includes a questionnaire survey involving 13 social work organizations. Respondents of this questionnaire survey are employees of social services performing professional activities according to Act 108/2006 Coll.
