Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice syndromu vyhoření v podnikatelské sféře. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, praktickou a návrhovou. My bachelor`s thesis deals with issue of burnout syndrome in business sphere. My work is divided into a theoretical, practical and design part. In theoretical part I define terms of burnout syndrome, its symptoms, cause, stressful situations, individual stages of burnout syndrome, endangered profession, options for help and prevention, diagnostic methods and specifics of business sphere.
