Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce seznamuje se základními pojmy a poznatky z oboru logistiky medicínských komodit se zaměřením na distribuční řetězec v českém prostředí. Přináší informace o cílech a významu logistiky lékařských komodit, nahlíží na podoby tohoto odvětví distribuce. Část diplomové práce je pak zaměřena na problematiku chladového řetězce, s touto částí také koresponduje závěrečná analýza, která je částečně zaměřena na vlastní zkoumání dokumentů vydaných autoritami, které jsou pro oblast distribuce farmaceutických komodit stěžejní a určující a na výběr konkrétní distribuční firmy, která dle analýzy splňuje požadovaná kritéria. Tato kapitola nabízí ucelený manuál, který je vlastním návrhem jak by měla realizace distribuce medicínských komodit vypadat.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis introduces basic terminology concerning the field of logistics and transport of strategic medical commodities, espacially in the Czech context. It further informs about the aids, metodology and meaning of logistics of medical commodities and focuses on realisation of distribution. One part of diploma dissertation focuses on issue of cool of chain. This part also corresponds with a survey at the end of the dissertation, which partly concentrates on examination of documents published by authorities which are fundamental in teh field of distribution of pharmaceutical commodities. It also focuses on selection of the concrete distribution company which according analysis fulfils required criteria. This chapter offers a complex manual in form of suggestion how the realisation of distribution of medical commodities should look like.
