Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit efektivitu nových technologií v náboru zaměstnanců a na-vrhnout strategii pro efektivní využívání těchto nových technologií. The aim of my diploma thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of new technologies in recruitment and to propose a strategy for an efficient use of these new technologies.
