Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nové trendy v izolaci a detekci virových nukleových kyselin. This bachelor thesis is focused on new trends in the isolation and detection of viral nucleic acids. Thesis starts with basic information about the structure of the virus, the structure of viral nucleic acids and virus replication.
