Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce je uvedení do problematiky trestního práva hmotného, a to především definováním pojmů trestného činu, trestní odpovědnosti a veřejného pořádku. Práce se zabývá těmito pojmy v širších souvislostech a konkretizuje je v návaznosti na trestné činy narušující veřejný pořádek, které jsou hlavním obsahem této práce. Hlavní část práce se zabývá zejména zákonem č. 40/2009 Sb., trestní zákoník, a to konkrétněji zvláštní částí hlavou X., kdy analyzuje její obsah a zprostředkovává základní informace, které prezentuje samotnému čtenáři. Vedlejší obsah práce pak tvoří konkretizace některých trestných činů a jejich problematika z pohledu policejní praxe.

Abstract:

The content of the bachelor thesis is an introduction to the issues of substantive criminal law, especially by defining the concepts of crime, criminal liability, and public order. The thesis deals with these concepts in a broader context and concretizes them concerning crimes against public order, which are the main content of this thesis. The central part of the thesis deals mainly with Act No. 40/2009 Coll., the Criminal Code, and more specifically with the particular part of Title X., where it analyses its content and conveys the basic information that presents to the reader. The secondary content of the thesis is then the concretization of some criminal offenses and their issues from the perspective of police practice.
