Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem stojanu pro průmyslové velkoobjemové žoky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, přičemž první je teoretická část a druhá část je aplikační. Teoretická část práce se zabývá popisem velkoobjemových průmyslových žoků a běžně dostupných stojanů. Dále přibližuje problematiku pevnostních analýz, výrobních technologií, výrobních postupů a výkresové dokumentace. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje obecné informace, které je třeba znát k porozumění části aplikační. Aplikační část bakalářské práce obsahuje konkrétní návrh stojanu pro velkoobjemové průmyslové žoky, který je vybrán z vícero vytvořených konstrukčních uspořádání stojanu. Konkrétní návrh stojanu je zhotoven na základě pevnostních analýz tak, aby byly splněny požadavky kladené na funkci stojanu. Pevnostní výpočty jsou prováděny zejména na namáhání vzpěrem, ohybem a tahem nosných částí stojanu a svarových spojů. Aplikační část bakalářské práce se také zabývá výrobními technologiemi a výrobními postupy použitelnými při samotné výrobě stojanu. Na konci aplikační části nalezneme finanční analýzu konstrukčního návrhu stojanu. V samotném závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky. Součástí bakalářské práce je kompletní výkresová dokumentace, kterou lze nalézt v přílohách.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of a rack for industrial high-volume bales. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the application part. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of large volume industrial bales and stands that are commonly available on the market. It also presents the issues of stress analyses, manufacturing technologies, production procedures and drawing documentation. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis contains general information that is essential to know to understand the application part. The application part of the bachelor thesis contains a specific design of a rack for large volume industrial bales, which is selected from several rack designs that have been developed. The specific rack design is made based on stress analyses to meet the requirements imposed on the rack function. The strength calculations are carried out in particular on the buckling, bending and tensile stresses of the rack frame support parts and welded joints. The bachelor thesis application part also concerns the manufacturing technologies and production processes used in the actual production of the rack. This part concludes with a financial analysis of the rack construction design. Finally, the bachelor thesis summarizes the results thus obtained in this thesis. The bachelor thesis includes a complete drawing documentation, which can be found in the attachment section.
