Tématem této práce je problematika oslabených svalů pánevního dna. The theme of this work is the issue of weakened pelvic floor muscles. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the pelvic floor is the health complications associated with this area and proposes a container suitable exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and relaxation.
