Implementation of ISO 2859 standard in printing industry

Abstract:

Pro kontrolu dokončujícího zpracování produktu existují předepsané technické normy. Pro kontrolu dokončujícího knihařského zpracování se využívá v České republice v polygrafických podnicích vydána norma Česká technická norma ČSN ISO 2859-1 Statistické přejímky srovnáním: Přejímací plány AQL pro kontrolu každé dávky v sérii. Používání kontrolních norem je v dnešní době již samozřejmostí pro všechny větší podniky, které si jejich používáním zvyšují i důvěryhodnost mezi zákazníky. Výstupní kontrola produktu se provádí na různých úrovních a v různé náročnosti na kvalitu. Zavedení výstupní kontroly produktu by mělo zabránit externím reklamacím a nespokojenosti zákazníků, zároveň by mělo zvýšit interní druhy reklamací, které po zavedení normy vystoupí ve větší míře na povrch. Po určitém čase by postupně mělo být tomuto druhu reklamací zabráněno, díky získaným zkušenostem. Z detailních dat získaných v polygrafickém podniku se potvrdilo snížení externích reklamací a dočasné zvýšení interních reklamací. Ze statistického vyhodnocení jsou viditelné jasné slabiny podniku, problémové úseky výroby a roční období, které je na množství reklamací kritické. Ze zpracování dotazníku zaslaného do dalších polygrafických podniků není možné odpovědi statisticky a objektivně vyhodnotit pro velmi malý počet získaných odpovědí.

Abstract:

There are standards required for the inspection of the finishing product processing. Czech technical standard "ČSN ISO 2859-1 Statistické přejímky srovnáním: Přejímací plány AQL pro kontrolu každé dávky v sérii" was issued for the inspection of the finishing bookbinder processing. Using the standards for the inspection is nowadays matter of course for all bigger companies. They increase their credibility with using of these standards. Outgoing inspection is done on various levels and in various quality demands. Implementation of the outgoing product inspection should prevent from the external customer claims and customer dissatisfaction; at the same time it should increase the number of the internal claims, which should be more visible after the standard implementation. After some time, these claims should also be prevented, due to the gained experience. From detailed data obtained in one company from the printing industry field, decrease of number of the external customer claims and temporary increase of the internal claims has been confirmed. Also, from the statistic data we can clearly see company weak spots, problematic parts of the production and season which is critical to the number of claims. After the processing of the questionnaire submitted to other compaines from the printing industry field, it is not possible to statistically and objectively evaluate the answers due to the low number of the respondents.
