The Optimization of Passenger Check-In and Security Check in an Airport Terminal Using a Simulation Programme
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou procesu odbavení a bezpečnostní kontroly cestujících v Terminálu 2 na Letišti Václava Havla Praha. Na tomto podkladě je v simulačním programu Tecnomatix Plant Simulation vytvořen digitální model, pomocí něhož jsou zkoumány charakteristiky daného systému. Cílem práce je navrhnout možnosti optimalizace těchto procesů.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the analysis of the check-in and security check process in Terminal 2 at the Václav Havel Airport Prague, which was a base for model constructed in the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation programme environment. Using this model, characteristics of the system were being researched. The aim of the thesis is to propose possibilities of optimizing these processes.
