Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na bezpečnost informačního systému veřejné správy. Rozebírá stav současný stav daného tématu a právní předpisu, které se ho týkají. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií veřejné správy, informačními a komunikačními systémy veřejné správy, jejich využitím a provázaností s legislativními požadavky v dané oblasti. Praktická část se zabývá vytvořením dokumentů, které slouží jako část dokumentací k získání atestace daného informačního systému. V této části jsou popsány a rozebrány postupy a zásady pro tvorbu informační koncepce a bezpečnostní politiky informačního systému veřejné správy na modelu městského úřadu. V závěru práce jsou sepsána obecná doporučení pro řízení rizik v oblasti bezpečnosti informačních systémů veřejné správy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the security of the public administration information system. Thesis analyzes the status of the certain topic and its legal regulation. The theoretical part deals with the theory of public administration, information and communication systems of public administration, their utilization and interconnection with the legislative requirements in certain area. The practical part deals with the creation of documents, which serve as part of the documentation for obtaining the attestation of the given information system. This part describes and analyzes the procedures and principles for creating the information concept and the security policy of the public administration information system on the municipal office model. At the end of the thesis are written general recommendations for risk management in the area of security of public administration information systems.
