Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na ochranu životního prostředí a zdraví před nebezpečnými odpady. Obsahem práce je stručný historický exkurs v rámci dané problematiky. Hlavní pozornost je orientována k analýze právní úpravy jak na ochranu životního prostředí, tak i na ochranu zdraví před nebezpečnými odpady.
Abstract:
The theme of this diplom thesis is a protection of enviroment and health ahead from hazardous wastes.
