Abstract:
První část práce se zaměřuje na seznámení s problematikou managementu podniku, podnikové kultury, manažerských funkcí a styly vedení manažerů. Druhá část popisuje vybrané podniky a jejich organizační strukturu a následné zjištění situaci podniků. V závěru pak vyhodnocení zjištěných údajů s vyvozením hlavních závěrů a doporučení.
Abstract:
The first part of the thesis is focused to inform about management enterprise, corporate culture,functions of management and leadership style. The second part describes the chosen companies and their organizational structure and then finds out situation in the enterprises. In the conclusion of the thesis there is evaluation of information and proposed improvements.
