The situation of disabled people is a global social problem. In the theoretical part of my dissertation I am defining basic terms and am dealing with legislation regarding the disabled mainly according to the Employment Act, the Labour Code, the Pension Insurance Law and Law on Granting Benefits to Disabled Persons.
