Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaobírá vypracováním projektové dokumentace školícího centra Photolife s integrovanými prvky zeleně. Ke školícímu centru náleží prodejna fototechniky. Projekt je nevšední tím, že je zdoben zelenou fasádou a vegetační střechou. Ozelenění má pozitivní vliv jak na kvalitu vzduchu prostředí, kvalitu vnitřního klimatu, tak i na estetickou a technickou stránku celé stavby. Všeobecně lze konstatovat, že ozelení má nespočet výhod. Vlivem globálního oteplování a zvyšování teplot ve městech bude v budoucnu ozeleňování staveb velmi aktuálním a diskutovaným tématem. Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá tématem vegetačních střech a zelených fasád. Prostudování příslušné literatury vedlo k uplatnění získaných informací pro vypracování aplikační části. V aplikační části je poté navržena konkrétní stavba s integrovanými prvky zeleně. Prvotní fází projektu je návrh architektonické studie, následující fází je projekt pro provádění stavby. Součástí projektu je tepelně technické posouzení navržených konstrukcí i budovy jako celku. Výsledkem diplomové práce je návrh, který by mohl sloužit jako podklad pro budoucí realizaci.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with elaboration of project documentation of Photolife training center with integrated green elements. The training center includes a shop of phototechnics. The project is extraordinary, because it is decorated with green façade and vegetation roof. Greening has a positive effect on both the air quality of the environment, the quality of the indoor climate, as well as on the aesthetic and technical aspects of the whole building. In general, the green has many advantages. As a result of global warming and the rise in city temperatures, greening of buildings will be a very topical and discussed topic in the future. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of vegetation roofs and green facades. The study of the relevant literature has led to the application of the information obtained for the elaboration of the application part. In the application part is then designed a concrete building with integrated green elements. The first phase of the project is the design of the architectural study, the next phase is the project for the construction. Part of the project is a thermal technical assessment of the proposed structures and the building as a whole. The result of the thesis is a proposal that could serve as a basis for future implementation.
