Právo národů na sebeurčení je jedním z nosným principů současného mezinárodního práva veřejného. Cílem práce je podat rozbor úlohy práva národa na sebeurčení v případě vzniku samostatného Kosova, kde se tento princip dostal do přímého rozporu s dalším základním mezinárodněprávním principem – zásadou územní celistvosti. Abstract:
Self-determination of peoples is one of the essential principles of contemporary international law. This thesis aims to analyze the role of right of self-determination in the process of establishment of Kosovo as an independent State. The hypothesis of the thesis is that the right of self-determination of peoples played a major role in the process of establishment of independent Kosovo.
