Influence of physical activity (orthopedic walkway) on speed and memorization of subject matter.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pohybovou aktivitou školáků pomocí ortopedického chodníku. Cílem je zjistit, zda je výsledek výuky při výuce s pohybovou aktivitou srovnatelný s klasickou výukou. Zároveň bude porovnávána tepová frekvence, výdej energie a počet kroků, které žáci ujdou během výuky básničky klasickým způsobem s výukou za využití pohybové hry. Žáci dostanou chytré hodinky s hrudním pásem, které jsou synchronizovány s účty na webové stránce https://flow.polar.com/. Lze říci, že cíle této práce byly splněny a předpokládané hypotézy byly správné. Ze získaných výsledků lze usoudit, že pokud bude pohybová aktivita zařazena do výuky, zvýší se pohybová aktivita u žáků základních škol, aniž by klesla úroveň získaných znalostí.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the physical activity of schoolchildren using an orthopedic sidewalk. The aim is to find out whether the result of teaching in teaching with physical activity is comparable to classical teaching. At the same time, the heart rate, energy expenditure and the number of steps in teaching the poem in the classical way will be compared with teaching using movement play. Pupils will receive a smart watch with a chest strap, which is synchronized with the accounts on the website https://flow.polar.com/. It can be found that the objectives of this work were met and the assumed hypotheses were correct. From the obtained results it can be concluded that physical activity can be included in teaching and thus increase physical activity in primary school pupils without decreasing the level of acquired knowledge.
