Factors affecting the unemployment of people over fifty years of age from the perspective of HR managers

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce pojednává o nezaměstnanosti osob nad padesát let z perspektivy personalistů. Cílem je zjistit, z jakých důvodů podle personalistů dochází k nezaměstnanosti osob 50+ a jak se na nezaměstnanosti podílejí vybrané vnitřní a vnější faktory. Práce sestává ze tří částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na nezaměstnanost osob nad padesát let, personalisty a zejména faktory, které ovlivňují nezaměstnanost osob nad 50 let. Metodologická část popisuje metodu výzkumu a sběru dat. Analytická část interpretuje data a přináší výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the unemployment of people over fifty years of age from the perspective of HR managers. The aim is to find out why there is the unemployment of people over 50 according to HR managers and how particular inner and outer factors participate in the unemployment. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part is focused on unemployment of person over 50 years, HR managers and especially factors, which affect unemployment of the target age cathegory. The methodological part describes method of research and data collection method. The analytical part interprets the information and brings results of the research.
