Evaluation of course Self-defence for medical personnel - coping with conflict situations
Abstract:
Práce byla vypracována pod vedením PhDr. Michala Víta, PhD. Cílem práce byla evaluace kurzu Sebeobrana pro zdravotnický personál - zvládání konfliktních situací. K sestavení komplentí sumativní evaluace jsme využili model evaluace od Husárová, Filipczyk (2008). Použili jsme metodu pozorování, rozhovorů a dotazníkové šetření na začátku kurzu a po jeho ukončení.
Abstract:
The thesis was made under the leadership PhDr. Michal Vít, PhD. The main point was the evaluation of the course Self-defence for medical personnel - coping with conflict situations. We used the model presented by Husárová and Filipczyk (2008) for complete sumative evaluation. We used the method observation, interviews and the questionnare investigation at the start and after the end of the course.
